Driver Policies and Procedures
Our drivers are trained and held accountable to strict company policies and procedures designed to promote safe driving practices, proper equipment handling and full compliance with Transport Canada and Ministry of Transportation regulations. Every driver operating under the Topman name is required to complete mandatory safety orientation and acknowledge our comprehensive Driver Policies & Procedures Manual before operating company equipment.
Fleet Safety And Monitoring
We utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), GPS tracking, telematics monitoring and regular driver performance reviews to ensure compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations, speed management standards and defensive driving practices. Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections are mandatory on every shift to help maintain the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Topman Trucking also maintains strict policies regarding distracted driving, impairment prevention, PPE requirements, cargo documentation procedures and immediate incident reporting.
